Reiki is a Japanese form of stress relief which can help a person or an animal to relax. It will reduce anxiety levels, and even reduce pain levels. The relaxing effects help to promote sleep for both people or their pets.
So if your feeling stressed or run down. If you struggle to get a good nights sleep, then this service is perfect for you.
You do not have to be a religious person to receive Reiki energy. It is available to everyone. You only need to set your own intentions. I personally say a prayer before I begin any healing session for myself, and the receiver. However if you prefer I do not include you in the prayer thats perfectly fine. Everyone is different and has different needs.
Distance Reiki unblocks and rebalances your seven main energy centers (Chakras), as well as , cleansing, and repairing your Auras. (These are basically the layers of energy surrounding your body).
I offer distance Reiki healing sessions so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home.
You can make a donation and request a distant Reiki session any morning between Monday to Thursday or on a Saturday morning.
Reiki Healing can be given in a hands on treatment and can also be sent across time and space to people, situations, plants and animals

Many people and animals feel uncomfortable or self conscious with a stranger placing their hands on or around their body. This can prevent them from relaxing fully from a Reiki session.
Distance Reiki allows anyone to at least try a session without worrying about this. It also means you or your pet will be more relaxed and receptive to the energy, which is great if you or your pet have any issues with anxiety.
