Reiki is a natural alternative relaxation therapy. It can promote self healing by helping to re balance your Chakras (Energy centers). It is a great way to reduce stress and let go of negative energy stored in your body.
One great thing about Reiki is that you don't have to follow any particular Religion or faith to benefit from it. In fact you don't have to follow a Religion at all.
All you need, is to an open mind and desire to make positive changes in your life. By letting go of negative energy stored in your body and replacing it with positive energy you will naturally feel more relaxed and focused.
